“ I was in town for a few days and stumbled across Burger Bar because it was within walking distance of my hotel. I was happy I did. The server was excellent! She managed to have a little small talk, gave me enough time to decide, and was on top of everything I needed. The build your own burger is great. You get to choose your own toppings so everyone can get what they want to top their burger. Prices were moderate, especially the booze, but it is in the city in Michigan ave... The food was just as I ordered and was very tasty. Tots were crispy. Highly recommend for a quick bit and drink! ”

Service was pretty good they seated us after waiting for some time to prepare our table for a group with An advanced reservation. There is no need to reserve a table in advance but it doesn't hurt. They have a good selection of burger and also other types of food including appetizers and dessert. If you love pickles you have to try the deep fried pickles and I also recommend getting the side of truffle fries. Portions are reasonable. It's a good size. I usually have leftovers with a smaller tummy which they have sustainable to go boxes for. They do charge for to go containers and utensils which I think is a plus for sustainability. I tried the bbq crispy chicken burger , it was pretty good. Be aware that there are two types of chicken burgers so make sure to order the specific one :) I'd definitely come back to try their regular burgers and shakes when I'm more hungry! ”
